The Jutes have lost more territory than they care to admit, thanks to the Seaxna and the Wealasand the Kernewek. The southern coast of Bryten from Cant to Kernow was once theirs, but now their western borders end at the isle of Wiht, from where Arwald rules for his King. Wiht is where the Jutes first built the grave-barrows and tomb-mounds that hold their legions of the dead, creating enormous catacombs from the natural rock formations and caverns that hold their own dangers - not least the incredibly powerful barrow spiders and manasceancan, the many-legged monsters of earth and soil - that ultimately became allies.
